My college awarded me a $10,000 academic scholarship which really helped me out since I am working numerous jobs and taking out loans to put my self through college.  The total room and board per year is more than $50,000. Obviously I can use every penny I can get.  So guess what?  An alumnus  from my school saw my profile and made an anonymous donation of $10,000 per year towards my tuition. Awesome right? Wrong!  My school took away my $10,000 scholarship and replaced it with the alumnus’ donation, leaving me exactly in the same deficit I was in before.  Great reward for my outstanding effort…I should have partied with the rest of them, instead of studying my ass off.  Sometimes doing the right thing just doesn’t pay off!

i hate unpacking from college. i’ve been home for weeks and i still have clothes and other stuff lying around my room.

I hate my new roommate!!!! EVERY weekend  her boyfriend comes up to stay with her in our dorm.  When I suggested that he not come every weekend, she said he does it because he is very jealous and wants to make sure that she’s not hooking up with other guys. Why do I have to be inconvenienced because this idiot is an insecure asshole?????

What’s up with University’s that won’t furnish students with text book ISBN #’s. This allows them to charge us the highest possible price for already over-priced books and prohibits us from shopping around for a better price. College is already way to expensive….It’s Not cool…rant over…

I hate how bars have an “All You Can Drink Night”, and they close at like 12:30 so you have to go somewhere else.. Fuck that stay open all night I paid my $10s

As always I always end up at one of 4 college bars all the kids go to. Well last night I wanted to go to the one that all the Freshmen were at, and it was rented out. I was like ok soo i decide to go another bar where Freshmen usually are, and i cant get in. So i decide to go to another bar where there are older kids, and i got in. It really sucked, because no one wants a Frehsmen, and as soon as the beginning words Fresh come out of your body they walk away. Even one girl i was talking to, some guy asked her whos that guy, and shes like “he’s my Freshmen friends”, This shit sucks

SO although most of us are not 21, getting in to a bar is like walking through your front door. Its a joke to get in, but the prices are no joke. They charge $1.75 for a 10 oz beer that cost them maybe 30 cents, on top of that they are tapping everything as the same beer. If i order a budlight, budweiser, rolling rock, miller light, anything, it all taste the same. This is bullshit only reason they get away with this is because we’re under age and cant say anything. This is bullshit.

Why do college bars charge sooooo much for a drink. I mean seriously $1.75 for a 10oz beer on tap, come on, It’s so expensive to go to college,why do I need 2 jobs to afford going out on the weekends?

My parents sent me to a small college thinking that it would be easy for me to get the classes i want. So yesterday I went to pick my classes and since I am a Freshmen I get last pick. Anyway long story short, I try for economics cant get it, then stats, cant get it, then psychology, cant get it. WTF?? Why the hell can’t I get the class I want.

I don’t know what is up w my roommate?  He goes out EVERY night of the week and gets F*cked up and comes back to our room banging into everything and falling all over the place ,reeking of beer and vomit. I really can’t stand him any longer. I almost wish he would drop out or transfer next semester.

Why do people have to be pussy and sucker punch me and run away. Then when I come to confront you, your a bitch about it and leave. It just makes me madder that your too much of a bitch to really fight me. Dont worry, you got whats coming to you!

I decided to order food for me and my roommate because we were hungry, I ordered an Italian sub, and he ordered chicken fingers. I got a sub without any cheese and he got chicken fingers without any honey mustard????wtf??? are they serious ??

Probably the most pointless class considering I’m a business major. ANYWAYS this class is soo stupid, i never learned a goddamn thing. They speak about the most random stuff that no one cares about. I dont care if my souls immortal, idc what Aristole did, I dont care about Metaphysics, there is no benefit having this class as a core class, no one goes and no one learns anything ,and worst off when i walk in this class i see my gpa jumping off a building.

We rolled up to a party last night about 15 deep, and we were all having a good time until the one girl started acting really drunk. This bitch only had 3 shots, so I was like either your an ultra light weight, or your just trying to be cool. We all knew she was trying to be cool, so she isn’t chillen with us anymore.

I was playing Apples to Apples with some people the first week of college and an asian girl got the card that said China on it.  She said “Yay, China!” so I asked her if she was from China.  She just got red and looked at me awkwardly.  Then another girl (who wasn’t asian) said “Why would you say that, you didn’t ask if I was from China?”.  Seriously?  

Coincedentally, I saw the same girl again a couple weeks later, forgot I had met her, and thought she was someone else.  When she told me she wasn’t who I thought, I said she looked like that person.  Of course, she assumed it was because they were both asian and got red and just stared blankly at me again.  She was with the same girl again, and the girl got all PC police on me and said “What are you talking about, they don’t look anything alike!”  

I mean I’m not racist or anything, but come on…. people like that just piss me off.

So Ive been going out with this girl for a while. Anyway we both went to different college. Ive been suspicious of her recently that somethings been up. I decided to go surprise her at college and visit her because I haven’t seen her in a while, and our schools are like 2 hours apart. Anyway, although she tells me shes been good, I caught her hooking up with another guy. Instead of being the jerk off who cares, I just left and won’t answer any of her phone calls anymore. Fuck that bitch!!!

It sucks when your at a party and your talking to this real hott girl, who is older, and is really into you. Your about to seal the deal and your friends leave so you have to go. Why the fuck can’t they stay 5 more minutes so i cant seal the deal.

Whats the point of giving people nicknames that have no meaning for the person. I mean nicknames aren’t horrible if they actually represent the person, but seriously before you give someone a nickname make sure it actually describes them.

Hey this is my first time using this site but I thought with this experience it would be an appropriate time to use ToVent. Now unlike everyone else from CBA I chose to spend my first semester abroad in Thessaloniki, Greece. Don’t get me wrong, studying abroad is a great experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat, but I kind have just been getting fucked over like no other for the fact that I am American. A few weeks ago I step on the public transportation and since you buy tickets on the Bus, I waited online to get my ticket. While online, I get stopped by two guards who charge me a fine of 30 euros on spot for not having a .5 euro bus ticket. I paid just to find out it was only a 15 euro fine a few hours later. Last weekend I went to Sofia, Bulgaria. Bulgaria’s a cheap country so I decide to go out to a club to get some drinks just to get a drink bill of about 20 dollars for my one drink even though you can buy 5 bottles of liquor at their liquor stores for about 10. Later that night of course me and my friend get a little tipsy decide to go to a Bulgarian strip club. We ask someone at our hotel where to find the cheapest and safest one and he directs us. On the way to the club in the cab we find out our cab driver is a pimp and is trying to sell us prostitutes for 80 euro. This should have been our sign to go home and get away from the sketchy people in this this country but of course we were too intoxicated to think. Inside the club it was nice, good looking girls, we sit down a girl comes up to each of us, the owners make us buy them a drink. Little did we know we had to buy them a drink ever 20 minutes and each drink cost about 50 dollars. When we were handed our bills, we had 2 big ass mafia guys stare at us while the strippers walked us to the atms to take money out of our accounts. I really thought that I was about to be taken outside to get the shit beaten out of me until my friend was stupid enough to spend 300 dollars on a lesbian show which left me sitting on a couch upstairs scared and alone for an hour. We finally made it home and thank god we were alive but we had no money. So far this week I have been stingy and I haven’t spent more than 2 euros a day. I find out yesterday that the flight that I booked for berlin 2 weeks ago wasn’t actually booked. I had confirmation and I was charged but the airline refused to give me the ticket. After 3 hours of screaming on the phone I ended up having to pay 300 dollars more than my 170 dollar ticket to Berlin. So now I am 700 dollars down in the past 3 weeks and I want to shoot myself. Isn’t Europe great?

How come every group of hot girls is always followed around by a Duff (designated ugly fat friend)?  I mean there’s something wrong when theres a group of dimes and one cow.  No one wants to see their cottage cheese thighs and beer gut.  Ditch the ugly one already
